How to make your Irish Sea Moss Gel at home
• Heat method (faster):
• Rinse sea moss thoroughly to remove any sea debris
• Soak in warm water for 20 minutes, then rinse again
• Add to a pot, cover with spring water and bring to a boil
• Remove from heat and leave to sit for at least 30 minutes, do not discard the water
• Blend using a ratio of 1 cup sea moss to 1/4 cup water until smooth and creamy
• Refrigerate or freeze

No-heat method (overnight)
• Rinse sea moss thoroughly
• Soak in clean spring water for 6–10 hours until soft and gelatinous
• Blend using a ratio of 1 cup sea moss to 1.5–2 cups of distilled or spring water until • smooth and creamy
• Refrigerate or freeze
